Merlin, a poor little dog, was found in a terrible state – extremely thin and on the brink of losing his life. On top of that, he had a severe leg injury from an old fracture that had been poorly healed. It was evident that he had been neglected and abandoned by his previous owner, who had callously discarded him like garbage. However, his luck was about to change when he was rescued by the kind-hearted people at HOPE shelter.

Upon arriving at the shelter, Merlin received the best possible care, including medical attention and nutritional supplements. The shelter staff showered him with love and attention, which helped him to regain his strength and spirits. Gradually, he started to eat well and had a good appetite.





With each passing day, he gained more weight and grew stronger, showcasing his indomitable spirit and resilience.

It’s a testament to the dedication and care provided by the shelter staff that Merlin made such a remarkable recovery. He’s a true fighter who refused to give up, even in the face of such daunting odds. It’s hard to imagine what would have happened to Merlin if he hadn’t been rescued in time. Thankfully, the shelter staff was able to save him, and he now has a second chance at a happy life.

The recovery process was not easy, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the support and donations of kind-hearted people who contributed to his care.
