Edwin Van Der Sar Hospitalized in Croatia Following Brain Hemorrhage
EDWIN VAN DER SAR is in critical condition due to brain hemorrhaging.
The 52-year-old former Manchester United great was on vacation on a Croatian island when he experienced a brain hemorrhage. He was transported to the hospital, where his condition has since stabilized.
Edwin van der Sar suffered a hemorrhagic stroke on Friday, according to a statement provided by Ajax.
He’s in the ICU at the hospital right now, and his condition is stable. We will provide an update as soon as we have more specific data.
